Free delivery is offered on all orders of €75 or more.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• A valid fiscal receipt is presented

• Products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition

We strongly recommend inspecting all items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.

If the return is approved, you may choose either:

• An exchange for another product of equal value

• A credit note which will remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue

All returned items must be brought to our shop in Naxxar during opening hours.
Please ensure products are packaged securely for safe transport.

If an item is received damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

For safety reasons, certain product categories may not be eligible for return.
