Botanicals & Character
At the heart of Muti Gin are two distinctive fynbos botanicals native to South Africa:

• Ghô-kum (Carpobrotus edulis): Also known as the highway ice plant or sour fig (suurvygie), this succulent coastal plant from the Western Cape lends subtle notes of tangy fruit and earthiness.

• Kusmalva (Pelargonium capitatum x radens): A fragrant geranium found along the southern and eastern Cape, prized for its essential oils, adding floral lift and delicate spice.

Together with vibrant citrus and traditional gin botanicals, they create a spirit that’s both invigorating and grounded in a sense of place.
