Demeurte Gold 2022

The Demuerte Gold 2022 is a full-bodied red wine from the Yecla Designation of Origin (D.O.), crafted by Winery On Creations in southeastern Spain. Made from a carefully balanced blend of Monastrell, Syrah, and Garnacha Tintorera, this wine exemplifies the bold, expressive style that defines the Demuerte collection. (Note: Not to be confused with “Demeter Gold,” a fragrance of the same name.)

Tasting Notes & Characteristics

Colour: Deep cherry red with elegant garnet rims.

Aroma: Intense and layered, with ripe dark fruit such as blackberry, plum, and black cherry, enriched by hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, and spice from oak ageing. Subtle earthy and smoky undertones add depth and complexity.

Palate: Rich and well-structured, offering flavours of black cherry, blueberry, and currant. Silky tannins and juicy acidity create a sense of balance, leading to a long, smooth, and refined finish.

Body: Full-bodied and velvety, with a polished texture and harmonious integration of fruit and oak.
