Grape Variety: 100% Monastrell, sourced from old, pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vines.

Appearance: Deep, intense cherry red with brilliant clarity and vibrant reflections.

Aroma: A complex and seductive bouquet of ripe red and black fruit, jammed currants, and balsamic tones, layered with sweet spice notes of paprika, cinnamon, and cocoa.

Palate: Full-bodied and velvety, offering an explosion of nuances - rich fruit and jam flavours enhanced by subtle hints of toast and dark chocolate from oak ageing. The tannins are silky and well-rounded, leading to a long, persistent, and elegant finish.
